Revision Policy

We believe exceptional results come from partnership and refinement. That’s why we offer a supportive revision process designed to help your project evolve smoothly and creatively.

  • Unlimited Revisions: Clients may request unlimited revisions as long as they remain within the parameters of the original design theme and service package. This maintains artistic consistency while allowing thoughtful improvement.
  • Turnaround Time: Revision cycles typically require 48 to 72 business hours, depending on the complexity and depth of the requested changes.
  • Out-of-Scope Requests: Requests that alter the core brief, such as redesigns, new concepts, or expanded structural changes, may incur an additional fee.

We encourage clients to provide clear, timely feedback to keep the project on schedule and aligned with expectations.

Project Turnaround Time

Montlake Publishers is committed to delivering each production phase with punctuality and professional care.

  • Phase-Based Workflow: Each step (editing, review, layout, design, marketing preparation, etc.) is assigned an individual turnaround time of 48–72 hours.
  • Project Duration: Total project length depends on the service tier, package type, and the client's response time.
  • General Delivery Examples:
    • Items requested Monday → delivered by Wednesday
    • Items requested Friday → delivered by Tuesday
  • Expedited delivery: Rush options may be available upon request and mutual agreement.

Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters deeply, and we aim to uphold fairness with a clear, structured refund policy. However, due to the creative and time-intensive nature of our work, refunds follow the guidelines below:

Eligibility Tiers

  • Full Refund (minus 10% processing fee): If cancellation is requested before the initial draft or layout is delivered.
  • 66% Refund (minus 10% processing fee): If requested within 48 hours after receiving the first draft or layout.
  • 33% Refund (minus 10% processing fee): If requested between 48–120 hours after draft delivery.
  • No Refunds: Refunds are not available after 120 hours from initial delivery, once final files are provided, or once revisions have begun.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain services cannot be refunded once initiated, including:

  • Marketing campaigns

Cancellations for Personal Reasons If a client cancels for reasons unrelated to our service quality, store credit may be offered in place of a refund.

  • We follow a collaborative workflow, including brainstorming, outlining, drafting, and approvals.
  • If content writing is not included in the package, the client must supply all text required for web population, formatting, or publication.

If content creation is not part of your package, the client must provide all necessary materials for web population, layout, or publishing services.

  • Reputation Clause:Following project completion, neither party may publish statements intended to damage the reputation of the other.
